Terms of service.

Meeting Summarizer (“the App”) is operated by CurlyCorn LLC (“CurlyCorn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CurlyCorn LLC regarding your use of the App.

Meeting Summarizer is a mobile application that provides on-device audio recording, AI-powered transcription, and automated summarization. All processing runs entirely on your device using Apple SpeechAnalyzer and Apple Intelligence, both built into iOS 26+. No model downloads are required. The App does not connect to any cloud services, APIs, or servers for its core functionality.

Meeting Summarizer is free to download from the App Store. To unlock all features, the App offers two in-app purchase options through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Weekly subscription— an auto-renewing subscription billed weekly at the price displayed on the purchase screen in your local currency.
• Lifetime unlock— a one-time, non-consumable purchase at the price displayed on the purchase screen in your local currency. Pay once, keep forever, across any device signed in with the same Apple Account.

Apple is the merchant of record for all in-app purchases. Billing, payment processing, currency conversion, and taxes are handled by Apple; we never see or store your payment details.

Auto-renewal. Payment for the weekly subscription is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each week at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing and cancelling.You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device). Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Restore Purchases.If you reinstall the App, upgrade your device, or sign in with the same Apple Account on a new device, use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App to restore your weekly subscription or lifetime unlock.

Refunds. All refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.

Subscription infrastructure.Apple In-App Purchase receipts are validated through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management provider acting as a data processor on our behalf. RevenueCat receives only your anonymous purchase receipt and subscription state — never your meeting content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All transcription and summarization is performed locally on your device using Apple SpeechAnalyzer and Apple Intelligence, both built into iOS 26+. No model downloads are required. The App functions entirely offline from the moment you install it.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from all parties before recording any meeting or conversation. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction — in some regions, all parties must consent to being recorded.

You agree not to use the App to record conversations illegally, process content that violates applicable laws, or use transcriptions or summaries in ways that infringe on others' rights.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for the security and backup of your meeting data.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

AI-powered transcription and summarization may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without independent verification. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, accent, background noise, and device hardware capabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CurlyCorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from errors in transcription or summarization output.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CurlyCorn LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with (i) your use of the App, (ii) your violation of these Terms, (iii) your violation of any applicable law — including recording-consent laws — or (iv) your infringement of any third party's rights. Responsibility for obtaining consent from all parties before recording remains yours alone.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Meeting Summarizer. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurlyCorn LLC. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries belong to you — we claim no rights to any content you create with the App.

These Terms are entered into between you and CurlyCorn LLC, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory-compliance, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims. In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of that claim.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be made enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by CurlyCorn LLC in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
